Dr. White grew up in South Dakota and studied biology and music at Jamestown College. He then attended Creighton University School of Dentistry on a scholarship from the United States Air Force. After graduating near the top of his class, Dr. White was commissioned a Captain in the U.S. Air Force and completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency, where he graduated #1 in his class. He completed his orthodontic residency in San Antonio, becoming the youngest orthodontist ever in the U.S. military. After separating from the Air Force as a Major, Dr. White settled in Central Texas with his young family. His wife, Leslie, is a naturopathic physician in Austin. The Whites have two daughters, Eliana and Camille.
